In accordance with Article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 221 of January 12, 2007, the administration of the regional akimat accepts individuals and legal entities in accordance with the schedule for receiving citizens by the first heads of local state bodies approved by the regional akim.
For the first quarter of 2020, the regional leadership received 97 citizens on personal matters. Including, the regional akim held 4 receptions, where 82 people were received. The questions of 3 citizens were resolved positively.
During the personal reception, the applicants were given appropriate explanations within the framework of the law, and the regional akim instructed the first heads of state bodies to take the necessary measures to consider citizens' applications.
