Information on the results of consideration of applications
from individuals and legal entities and personal reception reception of the
leadership of the Atyrau region for January 2022
As you know, from July 1, 2021, registration and work with appeals is carried out in a new format through the unified information system "E-appeal" in accordance with the Administrative Procedure and Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In January 2022, 1316 appeals were registered in the region, of which 959 were executed, 357 are under consideration.
During the reporting period, akims of all levels of the region organized 25 receptions for the reporting period, 137 citizens were received, of which 27 citizens' questions were positively resolved, clarifications were given in accordance with the law to 110 citizens.
In total, the leadership of the akimat of the region received 17 citizens, of which the akim of the region organized a personal reception of 10 citizens. As a result of the reception, questions of citizens were clarified in accordance with the law - 6, relevant instructions were given - 11.
Also, 111 citizens applied to the front office of the regional akimat on various issues. Of these: housing - 37, healthcare - 7, social assistance - 1, education - 1, employment - 4, land use - 8, road construction - 4, entrepreneurship - 3, construction - 1, culture - 1, agriculture economy - 7, finance - 7 and on other issues - 33. Within the framework of the law, everyone was given explanations.
In order to ensure prompt and efficient consideration of applications from citizens who have applied to the front office, legal advice, psychological and mediator assistance are provided jointly with public organizations within the framework of the concluded memorandum.
High-quality and timely consideration of applications from individuals and legal entities is one of the priority areas in local executive bodies.
