On establishing the amount of expenses of candidates for akims of the city of district significance, settlements, rural districts, covered from the funds of the republican budget, at the elections of akims of cities of district significance, settlements, rural districts of Atyrau region,
appointed in 2022
In accordance with paragraphs 1-1, 2-1 of Article 33 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the Resolution of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 25, 2018 No. 12/202 "On approval of the Rules and volumes allocating funds to candidates for speaking in the media”, based on the minutes of the meeting of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 21, 2022 No. 1 Atyrau Regional Territorial Election Commission DECIDES:

The amount of expenses of candidates for akims of rural districts, covered from the republican budget for a rural district with a population of up to 2000 people
1) publication in periodicals or online publications of two articles no more than 0.1 printed sheet - in the amount of 50,000 (fifty thousand) tenge;
2) performance with a program on television (live or recorded) 15 minutes - in the amount of 50,000 (fifty thousand) tenge;
3) performance with a program on the radio for 10 minutes - in the amount of 10,000 (ten thousand) tenge;
4) release of campaign materials - in the amount of 40,000 (forty thousand) tenge;
5) rent of premises - in the amount of 5000 (five thousand) tenge;
6) transportation costs - in the amount of 45,000 (forty-five thousand) tenge.

The amount of expenses of candidates for akims of rural districts, covered from the republican budget for a rural district with a population of 2001 to 5000 people
1) publication in periodicals or online publications of two articles no more than 0.1 printed sheet - in the amount of 50,000 (fifty thousand) tenge;
2) performance with a program on television (live or recorded) 15 minutes - in the amount of 50,000 (fifty thousand) tenge;
3) performance with a program on the radio for 10 minutes - in the amount of 10,000 (ten thousand) tenge;
4) release of campaign materials - in the amount of 50,000 (fifty thousand) tenge;
5) rent of premises - in the amount of 5000 (five thousand) tenge;
6) transportation costs - in the amount of 55,000 (fifty five thousand) tenge.

1) publication in periodicals or online publications of two articles no more than 0.1 printed sheet - in the amount of 50,000 (fifty thousand) tenge;
2) performance with a program on television (live or recorded) 15 minutes - in the amount of 50,000 (fifty thousand) tenge;
3) performance with a program on the radio for 10 minutes - in the amount of 10,000 (ten thousand) tenge;
4) release of campaign materials - in the amount of 65,000 (sixty-five thousand) tenge;
5) rent of premises - in the amount of 5,000 (five thousand) tenge;
6) transportation costs - in the amount of 70,000 (seventy thousand) tenge.
