On amendments to the resolution of the Akimat of Atyrau region dated March 27, 2018 No. 56 "On approval of the Methodology for assessing the activities of administrative civil servants of the corps "B" of the Akimat of Atyrau region"
Akimat of Atyrau region DECIDES:
in the application:
in the Methodology for assessing the activities of administrative civil servants of the corps "B" of the Akimat of Atyrau region, including the amount of payments of a lump-sum remuneration, approved by the specified resolution:
1) paragraph 5 shall be stated in the following wording:
"5. In order to conduct an assessment by an official who has the right to appoint to a public position and dismiss a civil servant of the corps "B" (hereinafter referred to as the authorized person), an Evaluation Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) is created, the working body of which is the personnel management service or, in the case of its absence - another structural unit (person) entrusted with the performance of the duties of the personnel management service (personnel department) (hereinafter referred to as the personnel management service).
The composition of the Commission is determined by an authorized person. The number of members of the Commission is at least 5 people.";
2) paragraph 41 shall be stated in the following wording:
"41. Familiarization of the employee of the corps "B" with the results of the assessment is carried out in writing. If an employee refuses to familiarize himself, an act is drawn up in any form, which is signed by the personnel management service and two other employees of the state body.
At the same time, the results of the assessment are sent to employees who refuse to familiarize themselves through the intranet portal of state bodies and/or a single automated database (information system) for civil service personnel or an electronic document management system within the time limits specified in paragraph 40 of this Methodology.";
3) paragraph 42 shall be deleted.
