Information on the results of consideration of applications from
individuals and legal entities and personal reception of the leadership of the
Atyrau region for 2021
As you know, from July 1, 2021, registration and work with appeals is carried out in a new format through the unified information system "E-appeal" in accordance with the Administrative Procedural and Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
For the second half of 2021, 11865 appeals were registered in the “E-Otinish” system, of which 11341 were executed, 524 were under consideration. For 2021 the total number of applications received by local authorities amounted to 33,961, for the same period in 2020 - 37,057, there is a decrease of 8.3%.
During the reporting period, akims of all levels of the region organized 694 receptions for the reporting period, 3123 citizens were received, of which 560 citizens were positively resolved, clarifications were given in accordance with the law to 2563 citizens.
In total, the leadership of the regional akimat accepted 341 citizens, of which the regional akim organized a personal reception of 132 citizens. Based on the results of the reception, the questions of 34 citizens were positively resolved, 307 citizens were given explanations in accordance with the law.
Also, 1477 citizens applied to the front office of the regional akimat on various issues. Of these: housing - 356, healthcare - 233, social assistance - 60, education - 161, employment - 123, land use - 69, road construction - 19, entrepreneurship - 42, construction - 19, onomastics - 9, agriculture economy - 19, finance - 10 and on other issues - 357. Within the framework of the law, everyone was given explanations.
In order to ensure prompt and effective consideration of applications from citizens who applied to the front office, legal advice, psychological and mediator assistance are provided jointly with public organizations within the framework of the concluded memorandum.
High-quality and timely consideration of applications from individuals and legal entities is one of the priority areas in local executive bodies.
