What electronic services exist? I would not like to contact once again in connection with the pandemic.
More than 90% of all UAPF services are now provided in electronic format. For example, by registering in the Personal Account on the enpf.kz website, you can get a whole range of services, monitor current indicators of pension assets, supplement contract details and much more. You can use this service by means of an electronic digital signature or by entering your IIN and password. In the Personal Account, you can also get a certificate of availability of an individual pension account, apply for the appointment of pension payments in connection with the establishment of disability groups 1 or 2 indefinitely, track the status of an application for payment, relocation, and much more.
The site enpf.kz is periodically updated, new types of services appear. For example, in order to improve the quality of services provided, for the convenience of recipients and save their time, the Fund implemented the possibility of submitting an application for the appointment of pension payments formed from voluntary pension contributions and accrued investment income on them, which have been in the UAPF for at least five years, remotely - through a personal account on the UAPF corporate website.
Thus, in the personal account on the enpf.kz website, the service for submitting applications for the appointment of pension payments is provided to recipients who have pension savings in the UAPF:
- at the expense of mandatory pension contributions and (or) mandatory professional pension contributions: to persons with disabilities of 1 or 2 groups indefinitely;
- due to VPC:
persons who have reached the age of 50;
persons with disabilities;
persons who have pension savings within the amounts of VPC and the investment income accrued on them, who have been in the UAPF for at least five years.
To submit an application, recipients must have an electronic digital signature. You can also track the status of execution of an application for payment registered with UAPF JSC on the enpf.kz website using the service "My applications for payments / transfers" in the "Electronic Services" section.
In order to submit an application, it is necessary to log in to the Personal Account using an EDS, then in the "Services" section, select the service "Filing an application for the appointment of pension payments", then fill in and sign the relevant documents with an EDS.
The status of the processing of the UAPF application can be easily tracked using the service "My applications for payments/transfers" in the "Services" section of the personal account here on the site.
The contributor on the site can independently calculate their future pension payments using the Predictive Pension Calculator on our site. It covers all components of the pension under the multi-tiered pension system of Kazakhstan: the state basic pension and old-age pension (or solidarity), as well as the pension formed from mandatory pension contributions, mandatory occupational pension contributions and voluntary pension contributions)”.
To do this, it is necessary to fill in all the fields in the "Forecast Calculator": date of birth, gender, length of service, amount of savings, etc. If you are registered in your Personal Account on the enpf.kz website, then the fields in the calculator are filled in automatically and the calculation of the future pension is carried out in two or three clicks.
Also, in the “Pension Calculator” in the Personal Account, information is available on the amount that exceeds the sufficiency threshold and is available for withdrawal in the form of lump-sum pension payments for the improvement of living conditions and treatment or transfer to companies managing the investment portfolio.

Most of the services provided by the Fund can also be obtained on the e-government website www.egov.kz using an electronic digital signature (EDS) or a one-time password. You can also get an EDS online on the e-government portal.
