How to download and register in the UAPF mobile application?
The UAPF mobile application can be downloaded for free on any smartphone or tablet, both Android and IOS.
For authorization in the Personal Account of the application, an electronic digital signature (EDS) or login (your IIN) and password are used. But the login and password can be used if the method of obtaining data on one's savings was chosen in advance - "Internet information". You can make this choice again using the digital signature here, in the mobile application or on the enpf.kz website. If there is no EDS, then you will have to visit one of the offices of the Fund once, or if it is not available at your place of residence, one of the 300 branches of Kazpost JSC and sign the corresponding agreement.
All information in the mobile application is presented in 2 languages: Kazakh and Russian.
Using the application, you can get a certificate of availability of an individual pension account, get an extract from the IPA, send an appeal with a question of interest, order a Mobile Office visit or call back, make changes and (or) additions to your details, calculate the predicted amount of a future pension using the Pension calculator. Also, through it, you can track the current state of your pension account, learn about all changes in the pension system, see the location of the nearest UAPF office, and even call the contact center.
In addition, through this application, each UAPF contributor can find out if he has enough funds in his individual pension account to exercise his right to use part of his pension savings for housing improvement or treatment, or for transfer to companies managing the investment portfolio.
