on readiness for the voting day of elections of akims of
rural districts scheduled for July 25, 2021

In the region, 52 candidates were included in the ballots in 18 districts. Of these, 24 were nominated by political parties ("NurOtan" - 15, NDPP "Auyl" - 5, PP "ADAL" - 2, NPK - 2), 28 - by self-nomination.
In 3 constituencies, 2 candidates each (Kairshakhty rural district, Atyrau, Safon rural district, Teniz rural district of Kurmangazy district), in one district 4 candidates each (Saraishyk rural district of Makhambet district), in 14 districts 3 candidates each .
Ballot papers were produced with a reserve of 1 percent of the total number of voters and delivered to polling stations. The premises where the ballots are located are sealed and handed over to the internal affairs bodies.
In all 36 polling stations, voting premises are equipped in accordance with the Instruction approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission.
All polling stations have information posters about candidates, stands with the necessary information about the composition of commissions, telephone numbers of a higher commission, prosecutor's office and court, rules of conduct in the polling station, approved by resolutions of precinct election commissions. In addition, the decision of the Chief Sanitary Doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 25, 2021 No. 29 was posted.
Necessary measures have been taken to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus infection at polling stations. Members of election commissions are provided with masks, gloves, sanitizers.
According to the Decree of the Chief Sanitary Doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 25, 2021 No. 29 “On measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19 when organizing and holding elections of akims of cities of district significance, villages, towns and rural districts”, proxies, observers and media representatives present a vaccination passport or a negative test result for COVID-19 by PCR, with a date of issue no more than 3 days. Strict observance of the mask regime. The chairman of the election commission determines the location of proxies, observers and media representatives, taking into account social distancing at a distance of at least 1.5 - 2 meters.
Necessary conditions have been created for citizens with special needs when voting. Corners have been organized at 33 polling stations, booths for people with organic capabilities have been equipped. Stencils for the visually impaired have been made, corresponding audio clips on filling out ballots, there are magnifiers at all polling stations.
44,305 citizens are included in the lists of voters submitted according to the acts by the respective akims.
Elections will be held in 41 settlements at 36 polling stations.
Issues related to the organization of voting in 12 settlements where polling stations have not been established have been resolved.
The most remote polling station, 180 km from the district center, Assan rural district of the Kurmangazy district.
The executive bodies resolved the issues of uninterrupted supply of electricity, communications, water supply, monitored the readiness of polling stations for fire safety, law enforcement.
Voting starts on July 25, 2021 at 07:00. and ends at 20:00. by local time.
The results of the elections are established by the territorial election commission of the district (city) within three days.
The elected akim of the rural district is considered to be the candidate who received more votes of the voters who took part in the voting in comparison with other candidates.
The territorial election commissions of the district (city) within seven days carry out the registration of the elected akim.
The powers of the elected akim begin from the moment of his registration by the relevant territorial election commission.
