Information on the appeals of individuals and legal entities in the Atyrau region for the first half of 2021
For the first half of 2021, the local executive bodies of the Atyrau region received 18,973 appeals (15,153 from individuals and 3,820 from legal entities), which is 4.1% more compared to the same period in 2020 (2020 - - 18,211 hits).
The increase in applications is mainly related to issues of employment, education, healthcare, social assistance, issuance of permits for business activities during quarantine, etc.
The most pressing issues of interest to the population of the region are: issues of land allocation - 8,847, housing and communal services - 2,646, labor, employment and social assistance - 2,122, education - 1,157, healthcare - 528.
In general, out of the total number of applications received by local authorities for 6 months of 2021, the number of satisfied applications amounted to 2155. Of these: issues of land allocation - 641, labor, employment and social assistance - 454, documentation and registration of the population - 317, education - 148, construction - 92, healthcare - 54, housing and communal services - 45, agriculture - 40, entrepreneurship - 11, on other issues - 353.
In addition, akims of all levels of the region received 1204 citizens on personal issues, as a result of which the issues of 197 citizens were resolved positively, for 1007 - clarifications were given within the framework of the legislation. The following issues were positively resolved: allocation of land - 43, housing and communal services - 83, labor, employment and social assistance - 59, healthcare - 4, construction - 1, entrepreneurship - 1, on other issues - 6.
Also, 732 citizens applied to the front office of the regional akimat on various issues. The questions were about housing - 213, health care - 115, social assistance - 25, education - 48, employment - 85, land allocation - 40, law enforcement agencies - 14, road construction - 6, entrepreneurship - 18, construction - 13, onomastics - 5, agriculture - 9, finance - 7, other issues - 134.
During the reception of citizens, within the framework of a joint memorandum with public organizations, legal advice and psychological, mediator assistance are provided.
Information and analytical materials on the work done are published on a monthly basis in local media and on the official Internet resource of the Akimat of Atyrau region.
Despite the current pandemic, there were no administrative barriers to the personal reception of citizens. At the same time, online and offline receptions are organized in compliance with appropriate security measures.
Work on high-quality and timely consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities by local executive bodies will be continued.
