On establishing the amount of expenses covered from the republican budget for the election of akims of rural districts of Atyrau region, scheduled for July 25, 2021
In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 28, paragraph 2-1 of Article 33 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Atyrau Regional Territorial Election Commission DECIDES:
1. To establish the following amounts of expenses of a candidate for akims of rural districts, covered from the republican budget:
1) speeches with programs on television and radio, as well as the publication of 2 articles in print periodicals - in the amount of 170,000 (one hundred and seventy thousand) tenge;
2) holding public pre-election events and issuing campaign materials - in the amount of 17,000 (seventeen thousand) tenge;
3) transportation costs - in the amount of 30,000 (thirty thousand) tenge;
4) rent of premises - 3,000 (three thousand) tenge.
2. Send this resolution to the territorial election commissions of the city of Atyrau and districts.
3. Territorial election commissions of the city of Atyrau and regions to bring this resolution to the attention of registered candidates for akims of rural districts.
