Participate in the Yenbek Zholy competition!
The “Yenbek Zholy” competition is held as part of the implementation of the program articles of the First President Yelbasy “Social modernization of Kazakhstan: twenty steps towards a society of universal labor” and “Looking into the future: modernization of public consciousness” and is aimed at identifying the best labor dynasties and production workers.
The purpose of the Yenbek Zholy contest is to preserve the continuity of generations, form a positive public opinion about working people and create conditions for the formation of new labor dynasties at enterprises and organizations, instilling pride among Kazakhstanis in the achievements of compatriots who have made a significant labor contribution to the development of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and raising the status of the Man of Labor in society and stimulating labor productivity under the auspices of the "Society of General Labor".
The competition is held annually in 2 (two) stages: regional and republican.
All employees of enterprises, regardless of the industry, with the exception of civil servants, can participate in the competition.
Based on the materials submitted by the participants of the competition, the republican and regional commissions for determining the winners of the competition determine the winners in the following nominations:
1) "Best Labor Dynasty" - in this nomination, the most numerous dynasty with the longest work experience, which has the largest number of awards, is selected.
Labor dynasty - a group of employees of one organization, representing two or more generations of close relatives of the same family (one or both spouses together with children or grandchildren), currently working and having a total work experience at this enterprise for at least 20 years. The head of the dynasty is recognized as the representative of the labor dynasty, who earlier than all began his labor activity.
The labor dynasty should take an active part in the social life of the village, district (city, region), promote the professional orientation of young people, and promote their profession.
2) “The best mentor of working youth” - in this one, the most highly effective mentor with at least 20 years of work experience is selected.
3) "The best young production worker" - in this nomination, the most active and hardworking production worker with a work experience of no more than 5 years is selected;
Competition dates:
- until July 1, 2021 - acceptance of applications by the city, district departments of employment, social programs and registration of acts of civil status from applicants;
- until August 1, 2021, determine the winners of the regional stage of the competition by the regional commission;
- until August 10, 2021, send the materials of the winners of the regional stage of the competition to the ministry for further participation in the republican stage;
- October 2021 - summing up, awarding the winners.
The winners of the competition of the republican stage are awarded the appropriate diploma and cash certificates in the amount of:
- for 1st place - 1,000,000 (million) tenge;
- for 2nd place - 500,000 (five hundred thousand) tenge;
- for 3rd place - 200,000 (two hundred thousand) tenge.
Participants of the competition draw up and submit to local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital the following materials in two copies on paper and electronic media:
1) an application for participation in the competition in any form, indicating the nomination;
2) a copy of the identity card;
3) a video on the topic of the nomination, no more than 1-2 minutes (with a demonstration of the workplace and skills, if desired);
4) computer presentation of no more than 1 minute (in Microsoft Power Point format) about the contestant (work, family, passion, hobby, etc.);
5) a copy of the work book and other documents confirming the length of service of each representative of the labor dynasty or employee, certified by the employer (certificate from the place of work);
6) a letter of recommendation from an employer or trade union.
If available (copies of the following documents):
copies of state or departmental awards, diplomas, letters of thanks
professional development certificates (if any).
Documents for the competition are submitted in the state or Russian languages.
We invite all willing residents and labor collectives of organizations of all forms of ownership to take part in this competition.
