I would like to transfer my pension savings to investment portfolio management companies. How can I do this and how much can I transfer?

In order to transfer pension savings to trust management by an investment portfolio manager (IPM), first of all, the UAPF contributor needs to check the availability of pension savings on his individual pension account that are sufficient for transfer to the IPM. You can do this in your personal account on the enpf.kz website or in the UAPF mobile application.

Retirement savings can be transferred to a trusted UIP:

- in the amount not exceeding the difference between the actual amount of the contributor's pension savings and the minimum sufficiency threshold of pension savings; or

- in an amount not exceeding the balance of pension savings from mandatory pension contributions and (or) mandatory professional pension contributions to his IPA, if there is a concluded pension annuity agreement with an insurance company.

After the contributor is convinced of the sufficiency of pension savings in his pension account, he can submit a written application to the UAPF for the transfer of a certain amount of savings to the IPM. If a person has concluded a pension annuity agreement with an insurance company and has savings left on the IPA in the UAPF, he can also entrust them to the IPM.

The application can be submitted using an electronic digital signature through a personal account on the website www.enpf.kz, where there is detailed instructions for transferring savings or by personal contact at any regional branch of the UAPF, while you must have an identity document with you.

The UAPF transfers a part of pension savings exceeding the sufficiency amount to the trust management of the IPM within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the date of receipt of the application. The rest of the Applicant's pension savings will continue to be managed by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The general accounting of savings on the individual pension account of the contributor will be maintained by the UAPF.
