Social Services Portal Information
In order to modernize the system of social services, improve the quality and availability of services and provide assistance to people (families) in difficult life situations, an automated information system "Portal of social services" was created by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
It is planned that the automated information system "Portal" will be the only source of consistent and relevant information on the Internet for participants in the system of social services and assistance.
Commissioning of the automated information system "Portal":
-decrease in social services;
- exercise the right to choose the type of services and service providers;
- reduction of corruption risks by excluding service providers from public procurement procedures;
- Improving the quality of social services by creating a fair competitive environment among service providers;
- ensures the development of small and medium-sized businesses (sanatoriums, social service centers, suppliers of technical equipment (compensators)).
In addition, the automated information system "Portal" unites recipients of social services with providers (organizations and specialists providing special social services and technical rehabilitation equipment) on a single information platform and provides equal access to quality services.
From January 1, 2020, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan will gradually provide 24 types of social services and rehabilitation tools for people with disabilities through local executive bodies, that is, through the information system "Portal of Social Services". To date, 55 species have been added.
In connection with the introduction of this "Portal of social services" on November 26, 2019, by the order of the district akim "On the creation of a working group" -125-o, a working group was created, explanatory work was carried out according to the schedule.
In general, all information and explanatory work is published on the Instagram page of the "sobes_mugedekter" department and in social networks of employment and the media.
Since 2021, all people with disabilities who are in need are registered on the "Portal of Social Services" and developed by the IPR.
In this regard, the department also provides "Self-service corners" for the convenience of people with disabilities.
