About approval of regulations of the state services in the field of Geology and subsoil use
In accordance with articles 27, 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and paragraphs 1, 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 15, 2013 "on public services", the akimat of Atyrau region DECIDES:
1) regulations of the state service "Conclusion, registration and storage of contracts for exploration and production of common minerals" in accordance with Annex 1 to this resolution;
2) regulations of the state service "Conclusion of contracts for construction and (or) operation of underground structures not related to exploration or production" in accordance with Annex 2 to this resolution;
3) regulations of the state service "Registration of easements for subsurface areas provided for exploration and production of common minerals, construction and (or) underground structures not related to exploration or production" in accordance with Annex 3 to this resolution;
4) regulations of the state service "Conclusion, registration and storage of contracts for construction and (or) operation of underground structures not related to exploration or production" in accordance with Annex 4 to this resolution.

Regulations of the state service
" Conclusion, registration and storage of contracts for exploration and production of common minerals»
Acceptance of the application and issuance of the result of the provision of public services is carried out through the office of the service provider.
Form of providing the result of rendering a public service: paper.
1) an employee of the office of the service provider accepts documents, analyzes the package of documents for compliance with the list provided for in paragraph 9 of the state service Standard "Conclusion, registration and storage of contracts for exploration and production of common minerals", approved by the order of the Minister for investment and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 28, 2015 No. 501 " on approval of standards of state services in the field of Geology and water resources use "(hereinafter – Standard), if the documents meet the specified requirements, a copy of the application is issued to the service recipient with confirmation of registration in the office, indicating the date and time of receipt of the package of documents and passes it to the head of the service provider for resolution (within 15 (fifteen) minutes);
The package of documents that do not meet the requirements is returned to the service recipient (within 15 (fifteen) minutes).
2) the head of the service provider, gets acquainted with the received documents and sends them to the service provider's specialist for execution (within 30 (thirty) minutes);
3) the service provider's specialist reviews the received documents, prepares the result of the state service and sends it to the head of the service provider for signature (within 14 (fourteen) business days);
4) the head of the service provider signs the result of the state service and sends it to the office of the service provider (within 30 (thirty) minutes);
5) an employee of the service provider's office registers and issues the result of the state service to the service recipient on purpose (within 15 (fifteen) minutes).

Form of providing the result of rendering a public service: paper.
1) employee of the office of the service provider receives the documents, makes an analysis of the documents against the list, provided for in paragraph 9 of the Standard, if the documents conform to specified requirements will be given a copy of the statement to the recipient with a confirmation statement indicating the date and time of reception of a package of documents and sends them to the head of service provider (within ten (10) minutes);
The package of documents that do not meet the requirements is returned to the service recipient (within 10 (ten) minutes).
2) the head of the service provider gets acquainted with the documents and sends them to the service provider's specialist for execution (within 10 (ten) minutes);
3) the service provider's specialist reviews the received documents, prepares the result of the state service and sends it to the head of the service provider for signature (within 14 (fourteen) business days);
4) the head of the service provider signs the result of the state service and sends it to the office of the service provider (within 10 (ten) minutes);
5) an employee of the service provider's office registers and issues the result of the state service to the service recipient on purpose (within 10 (ten) minutes).
