About payments of pension savings from the UAPF to persons with disabilities
The UAPF notifies its depositors (recipients) that persons who have pension savings in the UAPF formed at the expense of:
mandatory pension contributions and (or) mandatory occupational pension contributions, and disability of the first or second group, established indefinitely,
voluntary pension contributions, and disability regardless of the group and period of disability,
has the right to receive pension payments according to the established schedule before the onset of the generally established retirement age.
The depositor (recipient) himself does not need to present documents confirming his status, the UAPF, with the consent of the depositor (recipient) provided in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and their Protection", independently checks the presence of disability (group, validity period) through a web service by requesting information from the Centralized information system personal data bank, persons with disabilities" of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan (MTSZN) through the "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (State Corporation) within the framework of the agreement concluded between the MTSZN, the State Corporation and the UAPF.
You can apply for the payment of pension savings by contacting the ENPF personally through the enpf website.kz, to the office or through an attorney, as well as by mail.

Please note that the UAPF also provides on-site services for persons with disabilities of the first or second group, established indefinitely. At the same time, a preliminary consultation is carried out, including checking for the possibility of receiving services remotely, without leaving.
UAPF was established on August 22, 2013 on the basis of JSC "NPF "GNPF". The founder and shareholder of the UAPF is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The trust management of pension assets of the UAPF is carried out by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since January 1, 2016, the functions of developing proposals to improve the efficiency of pension assets management have been transferred to the National Fund Management Council. In accordance with the pension legislation, the UAPF attracts mandatory pension contributions, mandatory occupational pension contributions, voluntary pension contributions, pension payments, individual accounting of pension savings and payments, provides the depositor (recipient) with information on the status of his pension savings (more on www.enpf.kz )
