Development of rural territories of the Republic of Kazakhstan
on the implementation of the concept for 2023-2027
The country has adopted the Concept of Rural Development for 2023-2027
The purpose of the concept is to reveal the socio-economic potential of rural areas, create conditions for improving the quality of life and well-being of the rural population by improving the social and engineering infrastructure and the quality of services provided by them, environmental safety of life in rural areas.
To achieve the goal of the concept and the implementation of the above rules, the following approaches are provided:
1. Development of social, engineering and transport infrastructure in rural settlements. In particular, the construction of new schools and medical facilities, uninterrupted water and electricity supply, the attraction of broadband Internet and space communications (DCS to the Internet, mobile, mobile communications, digital television, etc.), improving the quality of rural roads, the construction of a library, club, museum, sports facilities.
Continue work on bringing engineering communications to new land plots to activate housing construction.
Construction of precinct police stations to strengthen public security in rural areas, the introduction of video surveillance systems in district centers, the construction of pedestrian paths in villages.
Reduction of population migration from settlements, creation of favorable conditions for people to live due to the renovation of infrastructure and provision of basic services.
2. Increasing the income level of the rural population by stimulating the development of agro-industrial production, the development of entrepreneurship, peasant and personal subsidiary farms, as well as agricultural cooperation.
3. Institutional support for the development of rural territories (distribution of powers between levels of executive power, involvement of local self-government bodies, improvement of the financing mechanism of rural territories).
In this direction, the implementation of the project "Auyl-El besigi" will continue.
Within the framework of this project , 6 projects are being implemented in the Makat district:
Construction works of playgrounds and sports grounds along Zh. streets have been completed and put into operation. Zhumagalieva and N. Shagyrova in the village of Makat, Makat district;
The construction of a sports ground on Bostandyk Street in Makat village of Makat district has been completed and put into operation ;
3. The construction of a sports ground on S. Mukashev Street in Makat village of Makat district has been completed and put into operation ;
The construction of a sports ground in the rural district of Baigetobe of Makat district has been completed and put into operation;
The reconstruction of the building of the children's and youth sports school in the village of Makat is underway ;
In the village of Dossor, Makat district, work is underway to reconstruct 21 km of highways.
In order to achieve results in increasing the incomes of the rural population through the development of agriculture, agricultural cooperation, as well as stimulating entrepreneurship, the implementation of the Auyl Amanaty project is envisaged.
