activity was not issued ..
4. Information about the intended place of implementation of the planned activity, justification
of the choice of location and the possibilities of choosing other places In administrative terms, the quarry is located on
lands of Makat district of Atyrau region and is removed from the nearest village of Makat at a distance of 13 km to
the southwest. The plot is an almost regular rectangle measuring ≈200x250 m,
with an area of 48,772 m2, oriented along the long axis parallel to the Aktobe-Atyrau highway. .
5. General estimated technical characteristics of the planned activity, including
capacity (productivity) of the object, its estimated dimensions, product characteristics Area -
5ha. The project of industrial development of clay rocks (soils) on the site provided for a complete
working out of all approved stocks of raw materials in the current contract period. By 2022, all reserves
have been exhausted. The bed and sides of the quarry, as well as the ABP site, are subject to reclamation. Reclamation will
be carried out after the completion of mining operations, in 2023. Recultivation of disturbed lands includes
technical re-cultivation. According to the conclusion of the IGE of TGP Shymkent Geokarta LLP,
biological reclamation in this natural and climatic zone is not mandatory
. Technical reclamation consists in moving the overburden material to the sides and the bed
quarry by pushing it into a developed space and bulldozing it.
Planning work is recommended to be carried out in successive passages in one and the other
directions. At the next pass, the bulldozer blade at a length of 0.5 m should be located on
the planned area in order to withstand the thickness of the layer and evenly distribute the soil.
The bulldozer dump during planning should be filled with soil no more than 2/3 of its
height. Small irregularities and rollers of the soil are smoothed out by reversing the bulldozer when
the lowered blade in floating mode. The scheme of technical reclamation is as follows:
The movement of overburden rocks to the bottom of the quarry, the layout of the surface with a bulldozer. . Scope of work
Reclamation will be carried out based on the following data: - overburden area – 0.05 km2, -
overburden volume – 5.0 thousand m3, - surface layout – 50,000 m2. The type of reclamation
works on the square is the layout and bringing to a balanced landscape of the area.
It is advisable to carry out the technological stage of reclamation in the following sequence: 1.
The area to be recultivated should be divided into working areas, marking their boundaries with hangers and clearly
highlighting the strip for laying a potentially fertile layer*. 2. Remove the PPS from the working areas and
move it to the shafts*. The cutting and moving of the potentially fertile layer is carried out by a bulldozer,
which works according to the following scheme: the machine cuts and moves the soil layer to a distance of 15 to 30
m, then returns to its original state and the cycle repeats. The passages of the bulldozer are carried out with
an overlap of 0.3 m *. In the final year of development, a gradual relocation will be made
loose overburden rocks (PPS) into the waste space and a rough
layout is made in parallel. Planning work is recommended to be carried out in successive passages in one and
the other directions. At the next pass, the dump of the buffer dispenser at a length of 0.5 m should be located on
the planned area in order to withstand the thickness of the layer and evenly distribute the soil.
The bulldozer dump during planning work should be filled with soil no more than 2/3 of its height.
Small irregularities and rollers of the soil are smoothed out by reversing the bulldozer with the blade lowered in
floating mode. After the completion of the technical stage of recultivation, the lands of the barrier objects
are transferred to the land user in accordance with the established legislative procedure. .
6. A brief description of the proposed technical and technological solutions for the planned
activity, technical reclamation of disturbed lands by mining workings is carried out. In total
, 5.6 thousand m3 will be moved, taking into account the coefficient of residual loosening. According to their mining and technological properties, the soils being developed belong to loose cohesive soils that can
be developed without prior loosening, with conventional earthmoving equipment. It is planned
to use excavators of the HYUNDAI R500LC-7 type. From the face, the ground rocks are loaded into
dump trucks by an excavator. HOWO ZZ3257M3641 dump trucks with a load capacity of 25 tons are used to transport the extracted rock mass to construction sites.
Mining operations are carried
out in compliance with the established parameters of the elements of the development system. The
following mechanisms will be used in mining operations. At stripping works: - bulldozer T-170M1E, 1 unit, the same as
on auxiliary works; On mining operations: - HYUNDAI R500LC-7 excavator – 1 unit. -
dump truck for the removal of soil HOWO ZZ3257M3641 – 2 units. On auxiliary work: - T-170 bulldozer
M1E - 1 unit, - a washing machine based on KAMAZ-53213 - 1 unit, - a shift bus KAVZ-3976 - 1 unit, -
a gas station attendant - 1 unit, Vehicles are refueled at stationary gas stations. At the place of
work, the following machines are refueled: excavator, bulldozer ..
7. Estimated dates for the start of the planned activity and its completion
(including construction, operation, and postutilization of the facility) reclamation of lands disturbed during
the extraction of clay rocks (soils) of the soil reserve No. 2 for the reconstruction of the Aktobe-Border highway
Russian Federation on Astrakhan km 487-504 in Makatsky district of Atyrau region. Term of use (2023).
8. Description of the types of resources necessary for the implementation of the planned activities, including
the construction, operation and postutilization of facilities (indicating the expected qualitative and
maximum quantitative characteristics, as well as the operations for which they are supposed to be
used):
1) land plots, their areas, intended purpose, estimated terms of use
The purpose of recultivation of lands disturbed during the extraction of clay rocks (soils). Term
of use (2023);
2) water resources indicating:
the intended source of water supply (centralized water supply systems, water bodies
used for non–centralized water supply, imported water), information on the presence
of water protection zones and strips, in their absence - a conclusion on the need to establish them in accordance with
the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and, if available, on the prohibitions and restrictions established for them
concerning the planned activity, the intended source of water supply is
imported water.;
types of water use (general, special, separate), the quality of the necessary water (drinking,
non–drinking) The type of water use is general. Household water-drinking and technical;
the volume of water consumption During the reclamation of the projected facilities, the contractor construction
organization must ensure the technological process of construction and the needs of the working personnel in
drinking water. The conditions of the company's location, its operating mode and relatively low annual
capacity make it necessary to use imported water for household, drinking and
technical needs. The mode of operation of the quarry is seasonal. The number of working shifts is 2, the duration
of the working shift is 10 hours. With this mode, reclamation works at the quarry in 2023. they will be
completed in 8 working days, respectively. The turnout of the personnel who daily attend
to reclamation works and live in the village of Makat is 2 people. The facilities work in the warm season
years. According to their functional purpose and location, administrative settlements
serving quarries cannot have centralized household drinking water supply. According
to the note to Table 1 of the SNIP RK 4.01-02-2001 , "water consumption for areas of buildings with
water use from water intake columns (i.e. with non-centralized water supply), the specific
average daily (per year) water consumption per inhabitant should be taken 30-50 liters/day."
