Analytical report on the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks of the Akimat of the state institution "Makat district Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture"
The State educational institution "Makat District Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture" (hereinafter referred to as the Department) carries out its activities on the basis of the Regulation "On the State Institution "Makat District Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture" approved by the resolution of the Akimat of Makat district dated October 19, 2017 No. 191.
During the analysis of corruption risks in regulatory legal acts affecting the activities of the Department, internal discretionary powers and norms contributing to the commission of corruption offenses were not identified.
In the course of the activity, the existing regulatory legal acts concerning the activities of the Department are used.
In job descriptions and in employment contracts of Department employees, employees are assigned a direct duty to combat corruption with the establishment of personal responsibility for this.
The Ethical Code of Civil Servants approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2015 No. 153 is strictly observed in the work regime.
In accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the procedure and deadlines for consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities are strictly observed.

On March 11 of this year, representatives of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development, the Department of Investment and Processing of Products of the Department of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, a branch of the Agrarian Credit Corporation of the Atyrau region, for their part, consulted on measures of state support for entrepreneurship at a visiting seminar-meeting on explaining state support measures. The seminar-meeting was attended by young people, entrepreneurs and residents of the district.
The social networks Facebook and Instagram of the department publish information about government programs. In addition, separation works were carried out for 285 residents and entrepreneurs of the district who arrived at the department.
This year, for the 1st half of the year, 4 entrepreneurs received financial support under state programs in the amount of 44 million 500 thousand tenge.
For the 1st half of 2022, 32 orders were adopted.
