Analytical report on the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks of the state institution "Makat District Department of Culture, Language Development, Physical Culture and Sports"
The state institution "District Department of Culture, Language Development, Physical Culture and Sports" (hereinafter referred to as the department) carries out its activities in accordance with the Regulations approved by the resolution of the Akimat of the district dated April 21, 2022 No. 80.
In the regulatory legal acts affecting the activities of the department, during the internal analysis of corruption risks, there were no discretionary powers and norms that contribute to the commission of corruption offenses.
The current regulatory legal acts relating to the activities of the department are applied in the course of activity.
In the official instructions and employment contracts of the department's employees, a direct duty is assigned in this regard with the establishment of personal responsibility for combating corruption.
In accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the procedure and deadlines for consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities are strictly obliged to be observed.
The staffing of the department is 3 units, civil servants are 4 units. There was no conflict of interest.
By the order of the akim of the district dated 03.05.2022 No.-78 - r, the acting head of the Department of Ispolov N. was appointed.
The department has a "box" for complaints and suggestions in a place accessible to residents. Until today, no statements, proposals or comments have been received. The helpline number 3-15-11 has been approved. The helpline is published quarterly in the district newspaper.
The Ethical Code of Civil Servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2015 No. 153, is strictly observed in the labor order.
The department houses the Code of ethics of civil servants, a stand of regulations and standards of public services in the field of physical culture and sports, anti-corruption memos.
Articles related to corruption and the activities of the Department for the provision of public services are published. No critical materials creating conditions for corruption have been published.
On the basis of Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 3, 2014 "On Physical Culture and sports", the state service "on assignment of sports categories and categories" is provided. Since the beginning of the year, there have been no requests for the provision of public services.
