The EPPF invites everyone to take part in the Open Day
On December 20 of this year, the UAPF holds another "Open Day". The topic of the upcoming meeting is "Digital UAPF".
As previously reported, more than 93% of the total volume of services are provided by the pension fund remotely: on the website, in the UAPF mobile application, in an automatic format. Almost the entire cycle of pension services – from opening a pension account to receiving payments – is implemented today through modern electronic technologies. At the same time, the UAPF services are constantly being improved: new functions and features appear according to the needs of consumers and modern trends.
The participants of the "Open Doors Day" event will get acquainted in detail with the most relevant and in-demand electronic services of the Fund today in the "Personal Account" on the Fund's website, in the BZHZK/UAPF mobile application, as well as in messengers and social networks (chatbot, telegram channel, etc.) for the full receipt of pension services by the population.
The Fund's specialists will give explanations about the operation of each service in the "Personal Account", including: how to calculate a projected pension through the "Pension Calculator", view an extract from an individual pension account, submit an electronic application for payment of a pension for voluntary contributions or in connection with an indefinite disability of group 1 or 2, view the status of this application and much more.
In addition, the responsible employees of the divisions will answer all questions concerning the pension savings system and provide individual consultations to everyone.
