Recently got a job as a courier in a small private company. How do I find out if pension contributions are coming to my individual account and how to do it?
Firstly, having got a job, you must necessarily formalize the relationship with the employer by concluding an employment contract or a civil contract. In both cases, the employer (tax agent) is obliged to transfer monthly mandatory pension contributions (OPV) to your individual pension account in the amount of 10% of your earnings. In order to make sure that he faithfully fulfills his obligations to transfer contributions, their receipt to the account must be monitored.
The UAPF offers investors various methods. To date, the most popular is the personal account on the Foundation's website and in the BZHZK/UAPF mobile application.
Using an EDS or IIN and password, you can log into your Personal Account at any time and view your retirement savings and the receipt of funds.
To do this, you go to the Foundation's website, where in the upper right corner there is an icon with the corresponding inscription: "Personal Account". Click on it and then select the "Personal Account". Registration is required for beginners.
If you have an electronic digital signature, it will be useful to you in two cases. Firstly, with the help of an EDS, you just go into your office. But a digital signature has its own expiration date, and although it is quite simple to re-register it on the egov portal, it is better to do the following right away with its help. You go to your Personal Account – to the "Services" section - making changes and additions to the details and choose the "Method of informing" - the INTERNET.
If there is no EDS, then you visit any branch of the UAPF once and choose the INTERNET as a way of informing there. After that, you will be able to log into your personal account using the IIN and the password you have chosen.
In the upper left corner there is a function "Services", clicking on which you get to the general section with services. You need to get an extract from an individual retirement account. Specify the period you are interested in, then you can download the received statement to your computer or, if desired, send it by email.
Through the personal account, you can also track not only the account status, but also the status of consideration of applications for pension savings payments, change your details, make forecasts of your pension, etc.
