UAPF notified pensioners who did not apply for pension payments
The UAPF conducted targeted notification of Kazakhstanis who have reached retirement age and have pension savings in the UAPF, but have not applied for pension payments to the UAPF.
As already reported, the UAPF annually, together with the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (State Corporation), conducts a reconciliation to identify persons who have reached retirement age and have pension savings in the UAPF, while receiving age pension payments at the expense of budgetary funds, but have not applied for payment to the UAPF.
The State Corporation sends SMS messages to the specified category of persons, where it offers to give consent in a proactive format to receive payments from pension savings. Recall that about 8 thousand citizens have already started receiving payments from the UAPF in a proactive format.
The work on identifying those who have not applied for pension payments to the UAPF continues. The UAPF has sent SMS messages or notifications to the recipients who have not previously applied to the UAPF, if the relevant information is available, to the email address.
The UAPF recalls that according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Pension Provision in the Republic of Kazakhstan", persons who have reached retirement age and have pension savings in the UAPF are entitled to receive pension payments from the UAPF. In this connection, it recommends timely contacting the divisions of the State Corporation at the place of residence for the appointment of pension payments from the UAPF in connection with reaching retirement age. We note that pension payments from the UAPF are appointed from the date of application and are carried out until the retirement savings are exhausted.

UAPF was established on August 22, 2013 on the basis of JSC "NPF "GNPF". The founder and shareholder of the UAPF is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The trust management of pension assets of the UAPF is carried out by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since January 1, 2016, the functions of developing proposals to improve the efficiency of pension assets management have been transferred to the National Fund Management Council. In accordance with the pension legislation, the UAPF attracts mandatory pension contributions, mandatory occupational pension contributions, voluntary pension contributions, pension payments, individual accounting of pension savings and payments, provides the depositor (recipient) with information on the status of his pension savings (more on www.enpf.kz )
