"Yes, it's true. For the convenience of employers, in the "Personal Account" section on the UAPF website, click on the button "legal entity account" (https://jurcabinet.enpf.kz/auth) works. This service can be used by individuals who have the status of an individual entrepreneur in the presence of an EDS, as well as first managers who have the right to sign, or persons who have the right to sign financial documents if they have an electronic digital signature for legal entities issued by the National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The "legal entity cabinet" allows employers to form, edit and print payment orders for the payment of all types of contributions to the UAPF: mandatory pension contributions, mandatory professional pension contributions and voluntary pension contributions.
Here is a list of employees whose payments must be sent to the UAPF, which can be adjusted (excluding or adding employees from the list). In addition, this service allows you to view all data on previously generated payment orders in the payment history.
