- Yes, that's right. For the convenience of employers, the "Office of a legal entity" functions on the UAPF website in the "Personal Account" section https://jurcabinet.enpf.kz/auth . This service can be used by individuals with the status of an individual entrepreneur if they have an EDS, as well as first managers who have the right to sign, or persons authorized to sign financial documents, if there is an electronic digital signature for legal entities issued by the National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The "Office of a legal entity" allows employers to form, edit and print payment orders for the payment of all types of contributions to the UAPF: mandatory pension contributions, mandatory occupational pension contributions and voluntary pension contributions.
Here you can see a list of employees for whom you need to send payments to the UAPF, with the ability to edit (delete and add employees). In addition, the service allows you to view all data on previously generated payment orders in the payment history.
You can supplement your page with information on your company's profile, for example, add the organization's address, contact details (phone number) and email address, submit an appeal to the E-otinish portal and get feedback, as well as see a report on the actions performed and changes made for any period.
