About determination and approval of locations of non-stationary commercial objects on the territory of Makatsky district
EXPLANATORY NOTE
The state institution "Makatsky District Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture" sends you a draft resolution "on the determination and approval of the locations of non-stationary retail facilities on the territory of Makatsky district". This draft resolution was developed in order to bring into compliance with the requirements of the resolution of the Akimat of Makat district No. 63 dated April 8, 2021 "On the definition of specially designated places for the implementation of outbound trade in pawn shops and (or) tents (pavilions) to subjects of internal trade in the territory of Makat district".
The draft resolution is submitted for your consideration.
