I changed my phone number. I want to log into the UAPF program on my phone. They ask for a password and send the password to my SMS number. But the SMS never comes. How do I change the number in the UAPF data?
When logging into the ENPF application, the "Personal Account" on the enpf website.kz in order to ensure the security of your personal information, we send an SMS code only to the number that is registered in the Fund's database in accordance with Article 57 "On the secrecy of pension savings" of the Law "On Pension Provision in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
There are two ways to update personal data:
- on the enpf website.kz in the "Electronic services" section, select the subsection "Make changes and (or) additions to the details", log in to the page using an electronic digital signature (EDS);
- - through any branch of the NPF.
