On amendments to the resolution of the Akimat of Makat district
No. 52 dated April 2, 2018 "On Approval of the Methodology for Evaluating the Activities of Administrative Civil Servants
buildings "B" of akimat of Makat district"
In accordance with Article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", the Akimat of Makat district DECIDES:
Make the following changes to the Resolution of the Akimat of Makat district dated April 2, 2018 No. 52 "On approval of the methodology for assessing the activities of Administrative Civil Servants of the building "B" of the Akimat of Makat district" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 4127):
in the methodology for assessing the activities of administrative civil servants of the building "B" of the Akimat of Makat district approved by the said resolution:
paragraph 5 should be worded as follows:
«5. To conduct an assessment by an official who has the right to appoint to a public position and release from public office an employee of Corps "B" (hereinafter referred to as the authorized person), an Assessment Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) is created, the working body of which is the personnel management service or, in its absence, another structural unit (person) entrusted with the performance of the duties of the personnel management service (personnel service) (hereinafter referred to as the personnel management service).
The composition of the Commission is determined by the authorized person. The number of members of the Commission is at least 5 people.";
paragraph 41 should be worded as follows:
«41. Familiarization of the employee of the "B" building with the results of the assessment is carried out in writing. If an employee refuses to get acquainted, an act is drawn up in any form, which is signed by the personnel management service and two other employees of the state body.
At the same time, the evaluation results are sent to employees who have refused to familiarize themselves with the results of the assessment via the intranet portal of state bodies and/or a unified automated database (information system) for civil service personnel or an electronic document management system within the time specified in paragraph 43 of this Methodology.";
Delete paragraph 42.
Control over the execution of this resolution should be entrusted to the head of the state institution "The Apparatus of Akim of Makat district" Bulekbayev Zh.T.
3. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
