Information about the work on the provision of public services.
Annual report of the Makat District Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture on amendments "On approval of standards of public services and rules of state registration in the field of technical inspection" for 12 months of 2021.
During the 12 months of this year, 114 public services were provided. According to section 4, the types of public services are provided as follows.
1. State service "Issuance of certificates for the right to drive tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, self-propelled agricultural, reclamation and road construction machines and mechanisms, as well as special cross-country vehicles", approved by Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2015 No. 4-3/270;
As a general rule, the acceptance of the application and the issuance of the result of the "electronic government" www.egov .kz, www.elicense.kz via a web portal or in paper form. The term for the provision of public services is 2 (two) working days, the waiting time for the submission of documents is 30 (thirty) minutes, the amount of the registration fee is 50 percent of the established indicator.
2. state service "state registration (re-registration), de-registration and issuance of a registration document (duplicate) and a state license plate for tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, self-propelled agricultural, reclamation and road-building machines and mechanisms, as well as special cross-country vehicles", approved by Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2015 No. 4-3/267; the acceptance of the application and the issuance of the result are entered into the information system "state database" E-licensing".The term of rendering the state service is 1 (one) day, the waiting time for the delivery of documents is 30 (thirty) minutes, for the issuance of a technical passport for a car -50 percent, for registration - 25 percent, for the issuance of a state registration license plate for a car-100 percent.
3. Approved by the Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2015 No. 4-3/268 "On state registration (de-registration), amendments and additions (including transfer of ownership to another Person, assignment of the right of claim) of the pledge of tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, self-propelled agricultural, reclamation and road-building machines and mechanisms, as well as special vehicles of increased cross-country capability", subsequent registration of the pledge (secondary pledge) and termination of the registered pledge, as well as the issuance of a certificate or duplicate of the state registration of the pledge."
The term for the provision of public services is 2 (two) working days, the amount of the registration fee from individuals is 1 monthly calculation index, from legal entities -5 MCI, for the issuance of a duplicate document certifying the registration of a pledge -0.5 MCI, the time for submitting documents is 30 (thirty) minutes.
4.State service "annual state technical inspection of tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, self-propelled agricultural, reclamation and road-building machines and mechanisms, as well as special cross-country vehicles", approved by Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2015 No. 4-3/269.
E-government public services www.egov .kz, www.elicense.kz via the web portal.the term for the provision of public services is through the portal at the direct location within 10 ten working days and when importing a car to the Registration Point within 2 two working days, the time for submitting documents is 30 thirty minutes, at the beginning of the year a message was published in the media about the readiness to conduct an annual state technical inspection. The state service is provided free of charge to individuals and legal entities.
Currently, these services are implemented in the service center "Ashyk akimdik " under the akimat of the district. Also on these public services of "electronic government" www.egov .kz, www.elicense.kz it is possible to apply through the web portal.
Explanatory measures to improve the quality of public services.
Online explanatory events were held in the district to improve the quality of public services, in addition, in order to improve the performance of public services, explanatory work was carried out in 6 institutions, 6 videos were created, posted on social networks Instagram, Facebook and 2 public reception rooms in the field of public services, and a live broadcast was held with a representative of the project office "Makat adaldyk Alany", "Atyrau - adaldyk Alany" Kulpash Alisheva in Makat district. 12 articles have been published in the media and more than 64 brochures have been distributed. Equipped with stands with a list of necessary documents and samples of their filling. Comfortable conditions are provided for the recipients of services.
