THE DECISION OF THE MEETING OF CANDIDATES FOR THE WORKING GROUP ON THE FORMATION OF THE MAKAT DISTRICT PUBLIC COUNCIL
Makat settlement on February 11, 2022
The meeting of candidates for the working group on the formation of the Public Council of the Makat district in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 26, 2021 No. 69 "On approval of the Model Regulations on the Public Council" DECIDED:
1. Based on the results of an open vote, the composition of the working group was elected as follows:
Ismagulov Kuanysh Zhanashovich - Secretary of the district maslikhat, head of the working group;
Khalenov Sabit Suleimenovich - Chairman of the District Council of Veterans
Sagidollayeva Aliya Zhenisbekkyzy - Director of the Youth Resource Center
Izturganova Muldir Serikkyzy - Editor-in-chief of the district newspaper "Makat tynysy"
Kurazov Aibolsyn Karsakbayevich - Head of the department of the district maslikhat
Gulzia Baktigalievna Sarieva - audandyk maslikhattyn bas mamany
2. Determine the composition of the Public Council of 10 people. Representatives of the state body should not exceed one third of the members of the Council and should make up at least two thirds of the total number of representatives of non-profit organizations and citizens.
3. Appoint G.Sarieva as the secretary of the working group.
4. In accordance with the Law "On Public Councils" to publish an announcement in the district newspaper "Makat Tynysy" on holding a contest for election to the members of the district public council. The received documents should be analyzed and a competition should be held within the time limits established by law.
