In accordance with subparagraph 2-10) of Paragraph 2 of Article 6 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", in accordance with the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 5, 2021 No. 787" on approval of the rules for payment of tourist fees for foreigners", the Makat district maslikhat decided:
From January 1 to December 31, 2022 inclusive, approve the rates of tourist contributions for foreigners in the Makat district in places of tourist accommodation – 0 (zero) percent of the cost of stay.
This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
