About public services
Local executive bodies exercise control over Digital Development, innovation and Aerospace industry Acting Minister on January 31, 2020 No. 39\OD provides public services in accordance with the register of public services approved by the order of the Ministry.
For 12 months of 2021, local executive bodies provided 4876 public services. Including:
- The number of public services rendered by service providers (with the exception of those rendered through a state corporation) in paper form -5 (0.1%)
-The number of services rendered by service providers (with the exception of those rendered through a state corporation) in paper form, if it is possible to provide through the e-government web portal and (or) a state corporation-63 (1.3%)
The number of public services rendered through a state corporation-1213 (24.8%)
- The number of public services rendered in electronic form-3595 (73.8%), including:
- the number of public services provided through the e-government web portal - 1307
- the number of public services rendered through the information system-1765
- The number of public services rendered through the "e-license" -523
41 meetings were held in Makat district to increase the number of public services provided in electronic form, 31 videos, 120 brochures were distributed on social networks, 38 articles were published in the district newspaper "Makat Tynysy". Within the framework of 9 public receptions, 9 fairs, the Adal Komek project, 14 online consultations, 2 public councils, 1 meeting of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were held, 87 information was published on social networks.
The akimat of Makat villages, and Biglobosa Dossor rural district and through the self-service area population electronically provided 27353 services: poselok Makat (service -15429, EDS-3797), poselok Dossor (service -6648, EDS-616), rural district Biglobe (service-144, EDS -66), district independent departments (service -491, EDS – 162).
In order to create favorable conditions for the population of the buildings of state bodies providing public services, are equipped with information boards, and also provides conditions for services for people with disabilities.
