Analytical information on the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks for the 2nd half of 2021
The State educational institution "Makat District Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture" (hereinafter referred to as the Department) carries out its activities on the basis of the Regulation "On the State Institution "Makat District Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture" approved by the resolution of the Akimat of Makat district dated October 19, 2017 No. 191.
During the analysis of corruption risks in regulatory legal acts affecting the activities of the Department, internal discretionary powers and norms contributing to the commission of corruption offenses were not identified.
In the course of the activity, the current regulatory legal acts relating to the activities of the Department are used.
In job descriptions and in employment contracts of Department employees, employees are assigned a direct duty to combat corruption with the establishment of personal responsibility for this.
In the labor regime, the Ethical Code of Civil Servants approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 153 dated December 29, 2015 is strictly observed.
In accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the procedure and deadlines for consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities are strictly observed.

For the 2nd half of 2021, 49 orders were adopted.
