The mobile offices of the UAPF have provided services in 762 settlements of Kazakhstan this year
As you know, our country ranks ninth in terms of area in the world, and it is not possible to cover the entire republic with its UAPF service offices. The Internet also does not yet cover the entire territory. To solve the problem of providing access to the Fund's services for residents of remote areas and settlements of Kazakhstan, a project called "Mobile Office" was launched three years ago. This is a modern minibus, which is equipped with everything necessary for servicing depositors (recipients), including modern means of satellite communication.
It should be noted that residents of remote settlements can receive the same services in the "Mobile Office" as in the offices of the UAPF, in particular, get an extract from an individual pension account, submit an application for changing/supplementing the depositor's details, conclude an agreement on the method of informing, apply for disability payments or voluntary pension contributions, etc.
Since 2021, the EPPF has covered remote settlements of East Kazakhstan, West Kazakhstan and Turkestan regions with mobile offices. In addition, the mobile office serves remote settlements in Akmola, Aktobe, Almaty, Atyrau, Zhambyl, Karaganda, Kostanay, Kyzylorda, Pavlodar and North Kazakhstan regions.
In total, from January 1 to October 1 of this year, over 85 thousand services were provided within the framework of the project, almost 70 thousand depositors and recipients. At the same time, 762 unique settlements of Kazakhstan visited mobile offices.
We remind you that the mobile office visits to the districts are carried out according to a pre-planned schedule, and all routes are coordinated with local executive bodies, which, in turn, notify residents of the arrival of the "Mobile Office".
UAPF was established on August 22, 2013 on the basis of JSC "NPF "GNPF". The founder and shareholder of the UAPF is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The trust management of pension assets of the UAPF is carried out by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since January 1, 2016, the functions of developing proposals to improve the efficiency of pension assets management have been transferred to the National Fund Management Council. In accordance with the pension legislation, the UAPF attracts mandatory pension contributions, mandatory occupational pension contributions, voluntary pension contributions, pension payments, individual accounting of pension savings and payments, provides the depositor (recipient) with information on the status of his pension savings (more on www.enpf.kz )
