JSC "UAPF" invites you to the "Open Day"
Topic: "Digital UAPF: everything is for the convenience of depositors."
On December 10, 2021, the EPPF holds an "Open Day" in an online format.
The purpose of the event is to develop and improve the quality of pension services of the Fund, to ensure equal access of participants to pension services through the development of direct, electronic and remote service formats, as well as the expansion of service delivery channels.
At the meeting, the Fund's specialists will talk about the possibility of obtaining a set of information and consulting services on pension provision, about the work of the pension calculator, the online services of the UAPF, as well as about using the digital (electronic) version of the identity card of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan when visiting the Fund's offices in order to:
* receive statements from individual pension accounts;
* making changes and/or additions to additional details;
* changes (definitions) of the method of informing about the state of pension savings.
The Open Day is held for all categories of the Fund's depositors who wish to receive information about pension services. The specialists of the UAPF will tell the participants of the event about different ways to get them, as well as what to do if you come to the office of the UAPF, but at the same time forgot your ID card at home.
Also during the meeting, the UAPF specialists will also provide individual advice on other issues of interest to investors.
