My work experience was incorrectly calculated, how do I recalculate my pension?
The Republic of Kazakhstan has had a mixed pension system since 1998: the state pension, which consists of a basic and solidary pension, and the funded pension. Perhaps, in your case, we are talking about a solidary pension, in which the amount of pension payments is determined by the length of service, and the source of pension payments is the state budget at the expense of tax deductions of the working part of the population and other income. It can be counted on by those whose work experience at the time of retirement as of January 1, 1998 is at least six months.
The accumulative system provides for a fixed 10% amount of mandatory pension contributions from monthly income for citizens of Kazakhstan, foreigners and stateless persons permanently residing in Kazakhstan and 5% amount of mandatory professional pension contributions at the expense of the employer from the monthly income of employees and in favor of employees whose professions are provided for by the list of industries, works and professions determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
