To get a certificate of the existence of an individual pension account (IPS), you need to go to the website of UAPF JSC www.enpf.kz go to the "Personal Account" in the "Electronic Services" section using an electronic digital signature or a registered username and password. Next, when you click in the "Services" section "Getting help about the availability of IPS", a help will be generated. The QR code in the upper corner of the generated help contains a web link to the electronic version of the document certified by the electronic digital signature of the authorized person of the UAPF. Please note that this web link is available for 1 (one) month from the date of issue of this document.
