About determination of specially allocated places for implementation of exit trade from car counters and (or) tents (pavilions) to subjects of internal trade in the territory of the Makatsky district
In accordance with Article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "On local State administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", with sub-paragraphs 2) and 3) of Article 8 and Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2004 "On Regulation of Trade activities", the akimat of Makat district DECIDES:
1. Determine the specially designated places for the implementation of outbound trade from car stalls and (or) tents (pavilions) to the subjects of domestic trade on the territory of the Makat district, in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
2. Recognize as invalid the resolution of the Akimat of the Makatsky district of November 08, 2016 No. 185 "On the definition of specially designated places for the implementation of outbound trade from car stalls and (or) tents to the subjects of trade activities in the territory of the Makatsky district" (registered in the register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 3708, published on December 28, 2016 in the reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
3. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the deputy akim of the district A. Shangalayev.
4. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
