On the invalidation of certain resolutions of the Akimat of Makat district
In accordance with Articles 31, 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "On local State administration and Self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 6, 2016 "On Legal Acts", the akimat of Makat district DECIDES:
Recognize as invalid some resolutions of the akimat of the Makat district, in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the deputy akim of the district A. Zh. Shangalayev.
This resolution enters into force from the date of state registration,enters into force after ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication and applies to legal relations that have arisen since January 1, 2021.
