On amendments to the resolution of the Akimat No. 117 of the Makatsky District dated July 11, 2019 "On Approval of the zoning Coefficient (Kz), which Takes into account the Location of the Taxable Object in the Settlements of the Makatsky district
In accordance with articles 31, 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local State administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and Article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016" On Legal Acts " of the Akimat Makat district DECIDES:
Make the following changes to the Resolution of the Akimat of Makat district No. 117 dated July 11, 2019 "On Approval of the zoning coefficient (Kz), taking into account the location of the Taxable Object in the settlements of Makat district" (registered in the register of state registration of Regulatory Legal acts No. 4450, published on July 22, 2019 in the reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) :
1) State the name of the resolution in the state language in the following wording:
"Makat audanyn eldi mekenderinde salyk salu objectisinin ornalasuyn eskeretin aimakka bolu coefficient terin (To aim) bekitu turaly»
2) The name of the resolution in Russian should be stated in the following wording:
"On the approval of zoning coefficients (K zones), taking into account the location of the taxable object in the settlements of the Makatsky district»
3) To set out the annex of the said resolution in a new version in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the deputy akim of the district A. Shangalayev.
This resolution enters into force from the date of state registration with the justice authorities, enters into force after ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication and is extended to the relations that have arisen since January 01, 2020.
