About establishment of the uniform tariff for regular automobile transportation of passengers and baggage in the direction No. 402 station-4 branch of the settlement of Makat
In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 2 of Article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 4, 2003 "On Road Transport" and Order of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 13, 2011 No. 614 " On Approval of the Methodology for calculating Tariffs for the provision of services for the transportation of passengers and luggage on regular routes "(registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 7297), akimat of Makat district DECIDES:
Establish a single tariff for regular road transportation of passengers and baggage in the direction of No. 402 station - 4 branch of the village of Makat in the amount of 50 (fifty) tenge per passenger trip.
Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the deputy akim of the Makat district T. Nurpeisov.
This resolution shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities, and shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
