About the approval of the state educational order for preschool education and training, the amount of parental fees in preschool organizations of the Makatsky district
In accordance with Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "On local State administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 8-1) of paragraph 4 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 27, 2007 "On Education", the akimat of Makat district DECIDES:
Approve the state educational order for preschool education and training, the amount of parental fees in preschool organizations of the Makatsky district in accordance with Annexes 1, 2 to this resolution.
Recognize as invalid the resolution of the Akimat of the Makatsky district of October 02, 2017 for No. 172 "On approval of the State Educational Order for preschool education and training, the amount of parental pay for the Makatsky district" (registered in the register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 3960, published on October 25, 2017 in the reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the deputy akim of the Makat district Yergaliev N.
This resolution shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities, and shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
