On determining the types and procedure of incentives, as well as the amount of monetary remuneration for citizens involved in ensuring public order in Makat district
In accordance with subparagraph 3) of Paragraph 2 of Article 3 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 9, 2004" on citizens 'participation in ensuring public order", the akimat of Makat district decides:
Determine the types and procedure of incentives for citizens involved in ensuring public order in the Makat district, as well as the amount of monetary remuneration for them in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the deputy akim of Makat district N. M. Yergaliyev.
This resolution comes into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities, which comes into force on the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.

Types and procedure of incentives for citizens involved in ensuring public order in Makat district, as well as the amount of monetary remuneration for them
Chapter 1. Types of incentives
Measures to encourage citizens involved in ensuring public order include::
1) declaration of gratitude;
2) awarding a certificate;
3) monetary remuneration.
Chapter 2. Promotion procedure
This procedure regulates the organization of incentives for citizens involved in ensuring public order in the Makat district.
Issues of encouraging citizens involved in ensuring public order are considered by the commission established by the decision of the Akim of Makat district (hereinafter referred to as the commission).
"The state institution ""Police Department of Makat District of the Atyrau region Police Department of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "" will submit a proposal to encourage citizens who actively participate in ensuring public order."
The basis for the promotion is a protocol decision adopted by the commission.
Payment of monetary remuneration is made by the state institution "Atyrau region Police Department of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" at the expense of the regional budget.
For payment of monetary remuneration, an additional order of the head of the state institution "Makat District Police Department of Atyrau region Police Department of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" is issued in accordance with the decision taken by the commission.
Incentives for citizens for their contribution to ensuring public order are carried out at a solemn meeting by the state institution "Police Department of Makat District of the Atyrau region Police Department of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
Chapter 3. Amount of monetary remuneration
The amount of monetary remuneration is determined by the commission taking into account the contribution of encouraged citizens to ensuring public order, as well as the amount of damage that can be caused as a result of illegal actions with or with their participation, and does not exceed 10 times the monthly calculation index.
