On Amendments to the decision of the Makat district Maslikhat No. 165-V of November 15, 2013"On Approval of the List of Categories of recipients and the maximum amount of Social assistance»
In accordance with Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "On local State administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", with Article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 6, 2016 "On Legal Acts", with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of May 21, 2013 "On Approval of Standard Rules for providing social assistance, setting the size and determining the list of certain categories of citizens in need" and having considered the resolution of the district akimat, the Makat district maslikhat DECIDED:
Make the following changes to the decision of the maslikhat of the Makatsky district of November 15, 2013 No. 165-V "On approval of the list of categories of recipients and the maximum amount of social assistance" (registered in the register of state registration of Normative Legal acts No. 2797, published on December 19, 2013 in the district newspaper "Makat Tynysy")::
point 3 of the specified resolution to exclude;
annex 2 to the said decision should be redrafted in accordance with the annexes to this decision.
Control over the implementation of this decision is entrusted to the permanent commission of the Makat district maslikhat on economy and budget, industry, business development and compliance with the rule of law (A. Kabdolov).
This decision enters into force from the date of state registration with the justice authorities, enters into force after ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication and applies to legal relations that have arisen since January 1, 2021
