In just two months, UAPF depositors received over 7 million services
The Unified Accumulative Pension Fund has provided 7.2 million services to its depositors since the beginning of 2021 in the period from 01.01.2021 to 01.03.2021. This is 2.2 times more than in the same period last year in 2020. It is worth noting that the growth was both for electronic services and for services rendered in person in the branches of the UAPF.
In the virtual space, 6.6 million of the Fund's services were rendered, which is 91.8% of the total volume of services rendered. Compared to the previous year, there was a threefold increase in the popularity of online services. We remind you that with the help of the Personal Account, which is available both on the website and in the mobile app of the UAPF, depositors, without leaving home, can receive: an extract from an individual pension account, a certificate of the presence of an IPS, check the amount of pension savings for partial use and (or) transfer to the UIP, make changes and additions to their details, apply for the appointment of pension payments in connection with the establishment of disability of group 1 or 2 indefinitely, and much more.
It should be noted that some depositors still apply to our branches located throughout Kazakhstan. As of March 1, depositors received 581.8 thousand services in the UAPF branches, which is 37.8 thousand services (or 6.9%) more than in the previous year, 2020.
It is important to note that one of the tasks of the UAPF is to provide high-quality consulting services and develop information channels for depositors and recipients of the Fund. In the first two months of 2021, the number of requests from depositors via feedback channels tripled compared to a year earlier. As of March 1, 2021, there were 461.9 thousand requests, and by March 1, 2020, there were 146.8 thousand requests.
