In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "On local State administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 9 of Article 139 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 23, 2015 and the decision of the session of the district Maslikhat of February 10, 2021 No. 445-VI "On approval of the list of positions of specialists in the field of social security, culture, who are civil servants and work in rural areas", the akimat Makat district DECIDES:
Determine the list of positions of specialists in the field of social security, culture, who are civil servants and work in rural areas, in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to A. Shangalayev, Deputy Akim of the Makat district.\
This resolution is put into effect from the date of its first official publication and applies to relations that have arisen since January 5, 2021.
