В соответствии с положениями пункта 2 статьи 24 Закона Республики Казахстан» О пенсионном обеспечении в Республике Казахстан " лица, достигшие пенсионного возраста, освобождаются от уплаты обязательных пенсионных взносов и обязательных профессиональных пенсионных взносов в ЕНПФ.
