In accordance with article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 1993 “On the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, articles 35,37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 “On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan” and the conclusion of the onomastic commission Atyrau region dated Desember 6,2019, the State Institution “Akim`s Office of the Zhalgansay Rural District” developed a draft decision “On assigning names to plots of the Zhalgansay Rural District” and posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts (term 30.04.2021-19.05.2021).
