Participate in the contest "Enbek Zholy"!
The competition "Enbek Zholy" is held as part of the implementation of the program articles of the First President - Elbasy "Social modernization of Kazakhstan: twenty steps to a society of universal labor" and "Looking to the future: modernization of public consciousness" and is aimed at identifying the best labor dynasties and production workers.
The purpose of the contest "Enbek Zholy" is to preserve the continuity of generations, to form a positive public opinion about the people of labor and to create conditions for the formation of new labor dynasties in enterprises and organizations, to educate Kazakhstanis to be proud of the achievements of their compatriots who have made a significant labor contribution to the development of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and to increase the status of a Person of labor in society and to stimulate labor productivity under the auspices of the "Society of Universal Labor".
The competition is held annually in 2 (two) stages: regional and national.
The competition is open to all employees of enterprises, regardless of the industry, with the exception of civil servants.
Based on the materials submitted by the contest participants, the republican and regional commissions for determining the winners of the contest determine the winners in the following categories:
1) "Best Labor Dynasty" - in this category, the most numerous dynasty with the longest working experience, with the largest number of awards, is selected.
A labor dynasty is a group of employees of one organization representing two or more generations of close relatives of the same family (one or both spouses together with children or grandchildren) who are currently engaged in labor activity and have a total work experience of at least 20 years at this enterprise. The head of the dynasty is recognized as a representative of the labor dynasty, who previously started working.
The labor dynasty should take an active part in the public life of the village, district (city, region), promote the professional orientation of young people, and promote their profession.
2) "The best mentor of working youth" - in this category, the most highly effective mentor with at least 20 years of experience is selected.
3) "Best Young Production Worker" - in this category, the most active and hardworking production worker with no more than 5 years of experience is selected;
Terms of the competition:
- until July 1, 2021-acceptance of applications by the city and district departments of employment, social programs and civil registration from applicants;
- until August 1, 2021, to determine the winners of the regional stage of the competition by the regional commission;
- by August 10, 2021, send the materials of the winners of the regional stage of the competition to the ministry for further participation in the republican stage;
- October 2021-summing up the results, awarding the winners.
The winners of the republican stage of the competition are awarded a corresponding diploma and cash certificates in the amount of:
- for 1 place – 1 000 000 (million) tenge;
- for the 2nd place - 500,000 (five hundred thousand) tenge;
- for the 3rd place – 200 000 (two hundred thousand) tenge.
The participants of the competition draw up and submit to the local executive bodies of the oblast, cities of republican significance and the capital the following materials in two copies on paper and electronic media:
1) application for participation in the competition in any form indicating the nomination;
2) a copy of the identity card;
3) video clip on the topic of the nomination no more than 1-2 minutes (with a demonstration of the workplace and skills, if desired);
4) a computer presentation of no more than 1 minute (in Microsoft Power Point format) about the contestant (work, family, hobby, hobby, etc.).);
5) a copy of the employment record and other documents confirming the work experience of each representative of the labor dynasty or employee certified by the employer (certificate from the place of work);
6) a letter of recommendation from the employer or trade union.
If available (copies of the following documents):
copies of state or departmental awards, certificates of appreciation,
certificates of professional development (if available).
The documents for the competition are submitted in the state or Russian languages.
