Analytical report for 2020 on the results of internal quality control of public services
According to the results of 2020, all 14,502 public services were rendered in Makhambet district. Of these, 4319 are submitted through the state corporation government for citizens, 1102-to state bodies, 9081-in electronic format.
At the end of 2020, 517 public services were refused, all within the framework of the law.
For the purposes of propaganda, 8 events were held, and 87417 residents of the district were involved in it. In order to increase the types of electronic services in the district, information and propaganda work was carried out. Along with this, 23 articles were published on the pages of the district newspaper, 19 articles were published on social networks, and 655 pamphlets and memos were sent to the residents of the district.
In order to improve the quality of electronic services in rural districts, one fair was held, through the self-service corner, 1634 residents were provided with EDS and 3097 electronic services were provided. The mobile group formed at the PSC according to the schedule twice a month, and if necessary, went out of the schedule to rural districts.
