The akim's rural district Birlik pursuant to articles 5-8 of the Law "On combating corruption", the Order of Chairman of Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service Affairs and anti-corruption from 19.10.2016, №12 "On approval of model rules for conducting internal corruption risk analysis" provides the following information:
The office of the akim of the rural district of Birlik, Kurmangazy district, Atyrau region works in accordance with the decree of the Akimat of Kurmangazy district No. 532 of 06.11.2013. The district has 5 full-time government employees. During the reporting period, there are 5 full-time civil servants.

For the second half of 2022, the office of the rural mayor's office of Birlikdistrict received 3 appeals from individuals, 2 appeals were satisfied, and 1 was clarified. 1 request was received from the legal entity, and the applicant was given an explanation.
In the second half of 2022, 10 decisions and 58 orders on regulatory legal acts were adopted.
In the III quarter of 2022, information about the "self-service corner" and public services was posted on the official Facebook page of Birlik rural district. According to the annual plan, "honest assistance" was organized among the population to activate the "self-service corner", the villagers were given information and explanatory answers to their questions in the field of public services.
On December 5, 2022, the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in order to form negative consequences of corruption in the consciousness of the population, and on December 9 - in honor of the International Anti-Corruption Day, specially designed banners were placed in institutions of Birlik rural district.
On December 22, 2022, in the sights of Birlik rural district, "honestly walk and honestly stand. The Great Abay, who inherited honesty", no corruption! There is no person who does not fall for justice. One bribe, two criminals".
A mailbox for applications and complaints of individuals and legal entities is located in the administrative building. In order to prevent the facts of corruption, the district has a helpline 3-13-59. During the internal analysis of corruption risks in the state institution" Office of Akim of Birlik rural district", no offenses that cause a corruption factor were identified.
